First of all Frank I would like to thank you for this interview on behalf of all the members of MMA BOSTON. We all hope for your continued success in the future!

1. First of all it has been long rumored that your knee condition has been going from bad to worse, tell me what condition the knee is in and if surgery is in the near future!
FRANK- The knee is unchanged and I am currently in rehab for it. The Doctor will decide whether or not surgery is necessary in thirty days.

2. In your fight with Phil Baroni you looked dominate, did this big win give you the urge to increase your activity inside the cage and maybe start fighting more often?
FRANK- I plan on fighting full time until I am forty years old.

3. Tell me about your toughest fight and what you learned from it.
FRANK- My toughest opponent was Enson Inuoue, I learned in that fight how to survive being mounted!

4. Would you ever want to have another fight with Tito Ortiz? Why or why not.
FRANK- Yes I would because I like Tito and I enjoyed fighting him.

5. Which big fight is still out there that you would like to personally add to your long and successful resume?
FRANK- KEN SHAMROCK!!!

Thank you very much Frank, we all appreciate your time!
